At elevations ranging from 1,100 to 1,370 meters above sea level, Hulikere Estate benefits from the ideal terroir for cultivating premium Indian coffee. With a meticulous approach to harvesting, the entire 2025 harvest period, extending from December through February, saw the estate’s dedicated workforce of 100 year-round employees, augmented by 50-75 seasonal hands, meticulously handpicking cherries at their peak ripeness.

Diverse varieties adorn the sprawling 100-hectare estate, including Selections 795, 9, 5B, Chandragiri, and Robusta CxR. The estate’s commitment to quality is evident in its stringent processing, where cherries are harvested and processed on the same day. Through a carefully orchestrated process involving float removal, disc pulping, natural fermentation, and meticulous drying on clay brick-lined yards, each lot embodies the essence of Hulikere’s dedication to excellence.
