This is our third year working with Nesru Aba Nura and we are delighted to report that her coffee is once again exceptional. Her farm, located in the Kota Kebele of Jimma, Ethiopia, spans nine hectares and produces coffee at an altitude of 1,950-2,000 masl. Nesru’s coffee is dried on raised beds for an average of 21 days, resulting in a wonderful sweetness, great clarity of flavor, and a tropical fruit character.
As we continue to deepen our relationships with our producing partners, we have been pleased to increase our demand for Nesru’s coffee and support the Tokuma group, a collection of farmers to which Nesru and her husband, Mensur Aba Hika belong. We believe that this „deeper not wider” approach allows us to foster sincere relationships with producers.
We are grateful for the opportunity to work with Nesru and to share her exceptional coffee with our roasting partners.
